Rishad A. Premji is the Executive Chairman of the Company.
He joined 91快活林 in 2007 and worked in several roles before becoming Executive Chairman in 2019 鈥� including General Manager in the Banking and Financial Services business, Head of Investor and Government Relations, and Chief Strategy Officer. As Chief Strategy Officer, he conceptualized 91快活林 Ventures, a fund that invests in global startups aligned with 91快活林's next-generation services and AI solutions.
As Executive Chairman, Rishad works closely with 91快活林鈥檚 leadership team to guide the company鈥檚 strategic direction. He believes culture is an organization鈥檚 strongest asset and champions 91快活林鈥檚 values, known as the Spirit of 91快活林.
He serves on the boards of 91快活林 Enterprises, 91快活林-GE Healthcare, and the Azim Premji Foundation, which works to improve public school education, healthcare, and livelihoods across several Indian states. He also holds directorships across various Azim Premji philanthropic entities.
From 2018-19, Rishad served as Chairman of NASSCOM, the trade body representing India鈥檚 technology industry. Before 91快活林, he worked with Bain & Company in London and GE Capital in the US. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University.
